Infinity Travel

As a professional designer, I had the opportunity to work on an individual project for Infinity Travel agency, a relatively new company in the travel industry, that required the redesign of their existing website to be mobile-friendly, visually appealing, and user-friendly, with a focus on highlighting their best-selling arrangements. Despite the challenging one-month deadline, I managed to complete the project through effective time management, and it was an excellent opportunity for me to conduct extensive research on the strategies used by the world's leading travel agencies to target their audiences, make their arrangements more engaging, and user-friendly.

To begin the project, I first reviewed the project brief and conducted stakeholder interviews to identify the key problems with the existing website design, which included unprofessional appearance, outdated features, and poor usability. Based on this information, I concluded that the focus of the redesign should be on creating a new, professional, and user-friendly website.

During the second phase of the project, I organized and analyzed the gathered data through deep research, including competitive analysis and user personas and journeys. This allowed me to understand the key factors for a successful travel agency website and to gain insights into user behavior and preferences when using similar websites.

To visualize the hierarchy of the new website, I created a site map. Then, using the insights from the UX research, I began sketching lo-fi wireframes which evolved into hi-fi wireframes and ultimately the final UI design. My main goal for the UI design was to create a clean and precise design that would be both professional and visually appealing to users.

The end result was a successful website redesign that met the stakeholder's requirements for a professional, user-friendly, and visually striking design. The UX research was critical to this success, as it provided the foundation for the design decisions and ensured that the final product would meet the needs of the company's customers. Overall, this project was a valuable learning experience that helped me develop my skills as a designer.
