Sugarwish, a gift delivery platform based in Denver, Colorado, approached me and my team to address a significant issue in their user flow. Specifically, the problem was in the part of the user journey where the recipient had to choose their gift. The layout was chaotic and complicated, and the waiting time was long, leading to a negative user experience. Solving this issue required extensive research and a deep understanding of psychology to minimize the feeling of waiting, especially when it comes to food, sweets, and treats. It was a challenging project as we needed to focus on one specific area of the website, rather than the entire site. However, we were able to develop a solution that satisfied the stakeholders and improved the user experience significantly.
