Talent Market & Super Talent Market

The Talent Market project was one of the most fascinating projects that I have had the pleasure of working on. The platform was designed to provide every student, regardless of their academic background, with the opportunity to showcase their skills to potential employers after obtaining their certificate. The site consists of profiles from alumni containing their portfolios, CVs, social media links, and brief biographies, which companies seeking to fill specific roles can browse through. My team and I found this project both challenging and exhilarating, as we had to conduct extensive research, including HR interviews, persona development, and user journey mapping, to ensure we addressed the key issue of making the site user-friendly, given the vast amount of information it contained. We successfully achieved our objective by creating a visually appealing, functional, and efficient design.
